Listing Terms

These apply when you submit something to vibe-market.ing, and when you pay for a listing. Last updated 23 October 2026.

1. Who runs this site

vibe-market.ing is operated by Cîmpian Radu Gheorghe PFA, CUI 45316713, Reg. Com. F1/1568/07.12.2021, Strada Avram Iancu 54, Teiuș, jud. Alba, Romania. Reach me at radu.cimpian94@gmail.com.

2. Free listings

Anyone can submit a tool, Claude skill or MCP server. I read every submission myself and decide whether it goes in. Most don't. Submitting costs nothing and entitles you to nothing — there's no promise that I'll publish it, reply, or explain a rejection.

3. What a paid listing buys

A paid listing costs €19, charged once. It buys exactly three things:

  • A review within one working day instead of up to 48 hours.
  • Top position on your category page, for as long as the listing is up.
  • A "Sponsored" label on the listing, so readers know it was paid for.

It does not buy any of the following, and nothing anywhere on this site should be read as promising them:

  • A favourable description, rating or recommendation. I write the copy and I write it straight.
  • The "Editor's Pick" badge. That is editorial and is not for sale at any price.
  • Any search ranking, indexing outcome, SEO benefit or link value. I don't control Google and make no claim about what a link from here is worth.
  • Any level of traffic, clicks, impressions, signups or revenue.
  • Permanent publication. See section 5.

4. Payment and refunds

Payment is handled by an external provider, which acts as merchant of record: it sells the listing to you, handles any VAT or sales tax, and issues your invoice. I never see your card details. Everything else on this page is between you and me.

If I decide your submission isn't a fit for the directory, I refund you in full and tell you why. If I've published the listing and you change your mind, write to me within 14 days of payment and I'll refund you and take it down.

If you're buying as a consumer rather than for a business, EU law gives you 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because the listing is published within a day, you are asked to consent to immediate performance at checkout; doing so means you lose that right once the listing is live. The voluntary refund above applies either way.

5. Editorial control and removal

"No renewal" means I won't bill you again. It doesn't mean the page lives forever. I may edit, move or remove any listing, paid or not, if the product shuts down, changes into something off-topic, starts redirecting elsewhere, turns out to be misrepresented, or if the site itself stops running.

If I remove a paid listing within 12 months for a reason that isn't your product's own doing, I'll refund you pro rata. If it's removed because the product died or the submission was misleading, I won't.

6. What you're telling me when you submit

By submitting, you confirm you have the right to send the material, that it doesn't infringe anyone's rights, and that what you've told me about the product is accurate. You give me permission to publish the name, description, logo and screenshots, and to edit them for length and house style.

7. The tools listed here aren't mine

Everything in this directory is somebody else's product. Prices, features and limits are what I could verify on the vendor's own pages on the date shown on each listing, and they change without telling me. Nothing here is an endorsement, a warranty, or advice about whether a tool suits you. Check before you buy, and your contract is with them, not me.

8. Liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost traffic or lost business arising from a listing or from anything you relied on here. Where I am liable, that liability is capped at what you actually paid me. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that can't be limited by law — including your rights as a consumer under Romanian and EU law, which these terms don't take away.

9. Changes

I may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the day you paid, and the date at the top tells you when this one went up.

10. Law and disputes

Romanian law applies and the Romanian courts have jurisdiction. If you're a consumer in the EU, you keep the protection of your own country's mandatory rules and can use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Talk to me at radu.cimpian94@gmail.com first — it's faster.
