Privacy Policy

Short version: the only personal data here is what you type into the submission form, and the analytics don't track you. Last updated 23 October 2026.

Who's responsible

Cîmpian Radu Gheorghe PFA, CUI 45316713, Reg. Com. F1/1568/07.12.2021, Strada Avram Iancu 54, Teiuș, jud. Alba, Romania, is the data controller for this site. Questions, or any request below, go to radu.cimpian94@gmail.com.

What gets collected

If you submit something: the name, URL and description of the product, whether you say you're its creator, and your email address if you give one. The email is optional and only used to reply about your submission.

If you pay for a listing: the payment processor collects what it needs to take the payment. I see the order and your email, never your card details.

If you just read the site: Umami records the page, the referring site, rough country, and browser and device type. It sets no cookies, assigns no persistent identifier, and can't follow you to other sites. There's nothing there that identifies you.

Why, and on what basis

  • To review and publish submissions, and to reply to you about them — legitimate interest in running the directory, and performance of a contract if you paid.
  • To take payment and keep the accounting records the law requires — contract and legal obligation.
  • To see which pages people read — legitimate interest in knowing whether any of this works, using analytics that don't identify anyone.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies, which is why there's no consent banner asking you to click through one.

Who else sees it

Only the services that make the site run:

  • Google — submissions land in a Google Sheet, and submission notifications go to a Gmail inbox.
  • Vercel — hosting, which means server logs including IP addresses.
  • Umami Cloud — the analytics described above.
  • The payment processor — only if you buy a listing.

Nothing is sold, rented or handed to advertisers. Some of these run servers outside the EU and rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision for that transfer.

How long it's kept

Submissions stay while the listing is up, and the submission record is kept afterwards so the same thing doesn't get re-reviewed. Payment and invoice records are kept as long as Romanian accounting law requires. Analytics are aggregate and not tied to you.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected, have it deleted, restrict or object to how it's used, or take it elsewhere. Write to radu.cimpian94@gmail.com and I'll deal with it within a month. No special form, no fee.

If you think I've handled it badly, you can complain to the Romanian supervisory authority (ANSPDCP, dataprotection.ro) or the authority where you live.
